Heidi M. Rolf is a graphic designer, illustrator & photographer based in Akron, Ohio along with her useless assistants Five (cat) & Claude (curmudgeon/chinchilla). She received her BFA from Kent State University concentrating in Illustration and minoring in Studio Art and has been developing her own business for the last three years.
In spite of working in several design & illustration areas, she has established what has been described as a "delightfully sloppy" style which is executed with neurotic precision. With her photography she opts for the photo journalistic approach in an attempt to capture the honesty of the subject in the most attractive way possible, even if the subject is doing something embarrassing.
Heidi specializes but is not limited to creating promotional print materials for artists, musicians, and small businesses and also illustrates children's books. She is available for wedding, promotional, portrait and family photo shoots. It is difficult to find an area of art she is not available for, just ask.
She also doesn't really care for speaking in the third person, but feels fancier when she does.
